Please download the reservation sheet. Send to Vrobertson@ta-petro.com. Once it has been confirmed that space is available, we will send you a confirmation email and ask you to make your donation to the Trinity Habitat website. Keep your receipt to show us day of event so we do not charge you twice. Of if you prefer, you may pay cash or check at registration desk event day.
Please set up between 7am-9am. You may start to tear down after 3pm if you wish.

Motorcycle Swap Meet Space Reservation
First Come, First Served. We recommend you reserve your space early as space is limited. If you prefer to pay by check, make it payable to Trinity Habitat for Humanity. Mail to Virginia Robertson, Iron Skillet Restaurant, 2001 Santa Fe Dr.,Weatherford, TX 76086. Make sure we receive by Oct. 7, 2017. If registering after, Oct. 7, please call or email us first.
